Ingredients
– 8 oz brie cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes
– 1 cup shelled pistachios, finely chopped
– 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
– 2 eggs, beaten
– 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
1. 1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. 2. In a shallow bowl, combine the chopped pistachios and panko breadcrumbs.
3. 3. In a separate shallow bowl, beat the eggs.
