Ingredients
– 3 medium-sized beets, peeled and chopped
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 cup heavy cream

– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
– 12 ounces pasta of your choice
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
