Ingredients
– 8 flour tortillas
– 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1 cup diced pepperoni
– 1/4 cup marinara sauce
– 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
1. – Lay 4 tortillas on a flat surface.
2. – Sprinkle each tortilla with 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese and 1/4 cup of diced pepperoni.
3. – Fold the tortillas in half to create a half-moon shape.
4. – In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
5. – Carefully add the quesadillas to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until the tortillas are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
6. – Remove the quesadillas from the skillet and cut each one in half.
7. – Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
