Ingredients
– 1 package refrigerated pie crust
– 3 cups chopped pecans
– 1 cup brown sugar
– 1/2 cup butter, melted
– 2 eggs
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 1 cup heavy cream
Instructions
1. – Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. – Unroll pie crusts and press into a 9×13 inch baking dish, pressing the crusts up the sides.
