Description

These Peach Cobbler Cookies are a delightful twist on a classic dessert. Packed with juicy peach flavor and a buttery, crumbly topping, they’re the perfect sweet treat.

Ingredients

– 1 (15 oz) can peach pie filling

– 1 (18.25 oz) package yellow cake mix

– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

1. 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. 2. In a large bowl, combine the peach pie filling and yellow cake mix until well blended.

3. 3. Scoop the dough by the tablespoonful and place it onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

4. 4. Drizzle the melted butter over the top of the cookies.

5. 5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cookies are lightly golden brown.

6. 6. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

For a crunchier topping, you can sprinkle the cookies with a little granulated sugar before baking. These cookies can be stored in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
