Description

Indulge in the comforting, creamy goodness of Paula Deen’s signature Corn Casserole. This classic Southern dish is a family-favorite, featuring a blend of sweet corn, savory ingredients, and a crispy topping that’s sure to satisfy.

Ingredients

– 1 (15 oz) can whole kernel corn, drained

– 1 (15 oz) can creamed corn

– 1 cup sour cream

– 1/2 cup butter, melted

– 1 (8 oz) package Jiffy corn muffin mix

– 1/2 cup crushed butter crackers (such as Ritz)

Instructions

1. 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

2. 2. In a large bowl, combine the whole kernel corn, creamed corn, sour cream, and melted butter. Mix well.

3. 3. Stir in the Jiffy corn muffin mix until just combined.

4. 4. Pour the mixture into a 9×13 inch baking dish.

5. 5. Sprinkle the crushed butter crackers evenly over the top.

6. 6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.

7. 7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For a richer flavor, use 1 cup of sour cream instead of 1/2 cup. You can also add chopped onions or diced bell peppers to the mix for extra flavor. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
