Description

Transform leftover pasta into a crispy, flavorful snack with these easy Pasta Chips. Perfectly crunchy and seasoned to perfection, they make the perfect appetizer or party food.

Ingredients

– 2 cups cooked pasta (any shape)

– 2 tablespoons olive oil

– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

– 1 teaspoon garlic powder

– 1 teaspoon paprika

– 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. In a large bowl, toss the cooked pasta with the olive oil, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, and salt until the pasta is evenly coated.

3. Spread the seasoned pasta in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

4. Bake for 12-15 minutes, flipping the chips halfway, until they are golden brown and crispy.

5. Remove the Pasta Chips from the oven and let them cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

– For best results, use leftover or cooked pasta that is a day old, as it will be drier and crispier.

– Experiment with different seasonings, such as Italian herbs, chili powder, or even cayenne pepper for a spicy kick.

– Store any leftover Pasta Chips in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
