Description

Crispy, golden Parmesan Potato Stacks are a delicious and easy-to-make side dish or appetizer. These cheesy potato bites are packed with flavor and ready in just 30 minutes.

Ingredients

– 6 medium Yukon Gold potatoes, thinly sliced

– 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

– 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

– 1 teaspoon garlic powder

– 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

– 1/4 teaspoon salt

– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. 1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a 12-cup muffin tin.

2. 2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced potatoes, Parmesan cheese, melted butter, garlic powder, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat the potatoes evenly.

3. 3. Scoop the potato mixture into the prepared muffin cups, pressing down to compact the layers.

4. 4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy on top.

5. 5. Remove from the oven and let cool in the muffin tin for 5 minutes before carefully removing the Parmesan Potato Stacks.

6. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For extra crispy potatoes, try using a mandoline slicer to get the potato slices as thin as possible. You can also experiment with different cheese varieties or add fresh herbs for additional flavor.
