Ingredients
– 1 lb brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. 1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. 2. In a large bowl, toss the brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
3. 3. Spread the brussels sprouts in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle the parmesan cheese evenly over the top.

Notes
