Ingredients
– 1 pound pork sausage, cooked and crumbled
– 8 large eggs
– 2 cups milk

– 1 tablespoon white sugar
– 2 teaspoons baking powder
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
