Description

Ingredients

– 1 lb ground pork

– 1 tablespoon sesame oil

– 3 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 tablespoon grated ginger

– 4 cups chicken broth

– 2 cups shredded cabbage

– 1 cup shredded carrots

– 3 green onions, sliced

– 2 tablespoons coconut aminos

– 1 teaspoon salt

– 1/2 teaspoon white pepper


Instructions

1. 1. In a large pot or Dutch oven, cook the ground pork over medium heat until browned and crumbled, 5-7 minutes.

2. 2. Add the sesame oil, garlic, and ginger to the pot and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly, until fragrant.

3. 3. Pour in the chicken broth and add the cabbage, carrots, and green onions. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.

4. 4. Stir in the coconut aminos, salt, and white pepper. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.

5. 5. Serve hot, garnished with additional green onions if desired.
