Ingredients

– 1 lb ground beef

– 2 cups shredded cabbage

– 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

– 1 egg

– 1 tsp garlic powder

– 1 tsp onion powder

– 1/2 tsp salt

– 1/4 tsp black pepper

– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese


Instructions

1. 1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

2. 2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, shredded cabbage, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.

3. 3. Form the mixture into 6-8 patties, about 1/2 inch thick.

4. 4. Place the patties on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

5. 5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the burgers are cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
