Indulge in the irresistible combination of moist chocolate cake, creamy filling, and crunchy Oreo cookies in this quick and easy Oreo Cookie Poke Cake. Perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth in just 20 minutes!

Ingredients

– 1 box chocolate cake mix

– 1 cup water

– 1/2 cup vegetable oil

– 3 eggs

– 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk

– 1 (8 oz) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

– 1 (14.3 oz) package Oreo cookies, crushed

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.

2. In a large bowl, prepare the chocolate cake mix according to package instructions, using the water, oil, and eggs.

3. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

4. While the cake is still warm, use the end of a wooden spoon to poke holes all over the top of the cake.

5. Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the top of the cake, making sure to fill the holes.

6. Allow the cake to cool completely.

7. Once cooled, spread the thawed whipped topping over the top of the cake.

8. Sprinkle the crushed Oreo cookies over the whipped topping.

9. Refrigerate the cake for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

For a fun variation, try using different flavors of Oreo cookies or adding a layer of chocolate pudding between the cake and whipped topping.
