Description

Indulge in the ultimate Oreo Cheesecake Bars – a decadent dessert with a crunchy Oreo crust, a creamy cheesecake filling, and swirls of crushed Oreos throughout. These bars are easy to make and perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

– 24 Oreo cookies, crushed

– 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened

– 1/2 cup granulated sugar

– 2 eggs

– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

– 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Grease an 8×8 inch baking pan.

2. In a medium bowl, mix the crushed Oreo cookies and 2 tablespoons of melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking pan.

3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Gradually add in the sugar, beating until smooth.

4. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla and flour until just combined.

5. Gently fold in 1 cup of the crushed Oreos, reserving the rest for topping.

6. Spread the cheesecake batter over the Oreo crust. Use a knife or spoon to create swirls in the batter.

7. Sprinkle the remaining crushed Oreos over the top of the cheesecake.

8. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until the center is almost set. Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.

Notes

For best results, refrigerate the Oreo Cheesecake Bars for at least 2 hours (or up to 3 days) before serving. This helps the bars set and the flavors meld together.
