Ingredients

– 1 cup all-purpose flour

– 1 teaspoon baking powder

– 1/4 teaspoon salt

– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

– 1 cup pitted and chopped green olives

– 2 eggs, beaten


Instructions

1. – Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9-inch loaf pan.

2. – In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

3. – In a separate bowl, cream the butter until light and fluffy. Stir in the shredded cheese and chopped olives.

4. – Add the beaten eggs to the butter mixture and mix until well combined.
