Description

Ingredients

– 1 pound boneless pork loin, thinly sliced

– 2 cups shredded cabbage

– 1 cup thinly sliced mushrooms

– 3 green onions, sliced

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 2 tablespoons soy sauce

– 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

– 1 teaspoon sesame oil

– 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

– 1/4 teaspoon white pepper

– 2 tablespoons vegetable oil


Instructions

1. In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over high heat.

2. Add the sliced pork and stir-fry until browned, about 3-4 minutes.

3. Add the shredded cabbage, sliced mushrooms, and green onions. Stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes.

4. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, ground ginger, and white pepper.

5. Pour the sauce mixture into the skillet and toss everything together until the pork and vegetables are evenly coated.

6. Serve the Moo Shu Pork warm, with Chinese pancakes or tortillas on the side.

Notes

For a spicier version, add a teaspoon of chili garlic sauce or red pepper flakes. Leftover Moo Shu Pork can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
