Ingredients
– 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
– 2 medium zucchini, sliced into half-moons
– 1 red onion, sliced
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– 1 tsp dried oregano
– 1 tsp dried basil
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1/4 tsp black pepper
– 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
Instructions
1. – Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. – In a large baking dish, combine the cubed chicken, sliced zucchini, and sliced onion.
3. – Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
