Ingredients
– 2 ripe bananas

Instructions
1. In a blender, puree the ripe bananas until smooth.
2. In a medium saucepan, whisk together the milk, matcha powder, and sugar. Heat over medium, stirring frequently, until the mixture comes to a simmer and the sugar has dissolved.
3. Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
4. Gently fold the blended banana puree into the matcha milk mixture until well combined.
5. Pour the matcha banana pudding into individual serving dishes or a larger serving bowl.
6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the pudding has thickened to your desired consistency.
