Description

Ingredients

– 3 egg whites

– 1 cup powdered sugar

– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

– 1/2 cup marshmallow fluff


Instructions

2. Gradually add the powdered sugar, 1/4 cup at a time, while continuing to beat the mixture.

3. Once the sugar is fully incorporated, beat in the vanilla extract.

5. Use the Marshmallow Fluff Royal Icing immediately to top your baked goods, or store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.

Notes

For a thicker consistency, add more powdered sugar. For a thinner consistency, add a teaspoon of water at a time. The icing can also be tinted with food coloring for a fun, festive touch.
