Description
This classic macaroni salad is creamy, crunchy, and packed with flavor. It’s the perfect side dish for BBQs, potlucks, and summer gatherings.
Ingredients
– 16 oz elbow macaroni
– 1 cup mayonnaise
– 1/4 cup white vinegar
– 2 tablespoons white sugar
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
– 1 cup diced celery
– 1/2 cup diced onion
– 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
– 1/4 cup diced dill pickles
Instructions
1. 1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
2. 2. In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
3. 3. Add the cooked macaroni, celery, onion, bell pepper, and pickles. Stir until well combined.

Notes
For a creamier texture, add an extra 1/4 cup of mayonnaise. Customize with your favorite vegetables like peas, carrots, or diced hard-boiled eggs.
