Description

Ingredients

– 1 pound cooked lobster meat, chopped

– 2 cups cooked elbow macaroni

– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

– 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs

– 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

– 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

– 1 teaspoon garlic powder

– 1/2 teaspoon salt

– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a mini muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.

2. In a large bowl, combine the chopped lobster meat, cooked macaroni, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, melted butter, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well mixed.

3. Scoop the mixture into the prepared mini muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.

4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and crispy.

5. Remove the Lobster Mac and Cheese Bites from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
