Ingredients
– 1 box (10 count) Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes
– 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
– 1/2 cup powdered sugar, plus more for dusting
– 1/4 cup holiday sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
1. In a food processor, pulse the Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes until they form a fine crumb.
2. In a medium bowl, combine the cake crumbs and softened cream cheese. Mix until well incorporated.
3. Using a small cookie scoop or spoon, form the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
4. Refrigerate the truffles for at least 30 minutes to allow them to firm up.
5. Once chilled, roll the truffles in powdered sugar to coat. Optionally, you can also roll them in holiday sprinkles.
6. Serve the Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cake Truffles immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
