Ingredients

– 1 lb pizza dough, store-bought or homemade

– 2 lemons, thinly sliced

– 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves

– 2 tbsp fresh oregano leaves

– 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves

– 2 tbsp olive oil

– 1/2 tsp sea salt

– 1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).

2. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.

3. Transfer the dough to a baking sheet or pizza pan.

4. Arrange the lemon slices evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border.

5. Sprinkle the fresh basil, oregano, and thyme leaves over the lemon slices.

6. Drizzle the olive oil over the top and season with sea salt and black pepper.

7. Bake the pizza for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the edges are crispy.
