Description

Delicious Korean BBQ Bacon Chicken Cheese Stick Bombs are the ultimate flavor-packed appetizer or snack! Crispy chicken bites are coated in a sweet and savory Korean BBQ sauce, wrapped in bacon, and stuffed with melty cheese for an irresistible bite.

Ingredients

– 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes

– 1 cup all-purpose flour

– 1 tsp garlic powder

– 1 tsp onion powder

– 1 tsp paprika

– 1/2 tsp salt

– 1/4 tsp black pepper

– 12 oz bacon, cut in half crosswise

– 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese

– 1 cup Korean BBQ sauce

Instructions

1. – Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. – In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Dredge the chicken cubes in the seasoned flour, shaking off any excess.

3. – Wrap each chicken cube with a half slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick. Place the wrapped chicken on the prepared baking sheet.

4. – Bake for 18-20 minutes, until the bacon is crispy and the chicken is cooked through.

5. – Remove the toothpicks and place the chicken bites in a bowl. Drizzle with the Korean BBQ sauce and toss to coat.

6. – Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the sauced chicken bites and return to the oven for 2-3 minutes, until the cheese is melted.

7. – Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For extra crispiness, you can broil the chicken bites for 1-2 minutes after baking. Adjust cooking time as needed based on the thickness of your chicken cubes. Dipping sauces like ranch or blue cheese can also be served on the side.
