Description

Ingredients

– 8 ounces cream cheese, softened

– 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

– 1/2 cup key lime juice (about 20 key limes)

– 1 teaspoon grated lime zest

– Graham crackers, for serving


Instructions

1. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.

2. Add the sweetened condensed milk and key lime juice, and continue mixing until well combined and the mixture is smooth and creamy.

3. Fold in the grated lime zest.

4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

5. Serve chilled with graham crackers.

Notes

For a thicker dip, refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving. Leftover dip can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
