Description

Indulge in these irresistibly delicious Keto Pepperoni Bites – a quick and easy low-carb snack or appetizer that’s perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

– 1 package (8 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese

– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

– 1/4 cup almond flour

– 1 teaspoon dried oregano

– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

– 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

– 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

– 1 large egg

– 24 slices pepperoni, finely chopped


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a medium bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, almond flour, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, and red pepper flakes (if using). Mix well.

3. Add the egg and chopped pepperoni to the cheese mixture and mix until well combined.

4. Scoop the mixture by the tablespoonful and roll into small balls, placing them on the prepared baking sheet.

5. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the bites are golden brown and crispy.

6. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes
