Ingredients

– 1 large onion, sliced into 1/2-inch rings

– 1 cup almond flour

– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

– 1 teaspoon garlic powder

– 1/2 teaspoon paprika

– 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

– 2 large eggs, beaten

– Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1. – Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. – In a shallow bowl, combine the almond flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper.

3. – Dip the onion rings in the beaten eggs, then coat them in the almond flour mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
