Ingredients
– 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
– 8 oz cremini mushrooms, sliced
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 1/2 cup heavy cream
– 1/2 cup chicken broth
– 1 tsp dried thyme
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1/4 tsp black pepper
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
1. – Preheat the oven to 375°F.
2. – In a large oven-safe skillet or baking dish, combine the diced chicken, sliced mushrooms, and minced garlic.
3. – In a small bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, chicken broth, thyme, salt, and pepper. Pour the cream mixture over the chicken and mushrooms, making sure everything is evenly coated.
