Description

Ingredients

– 2 cups frozen corn

– 1 (15 oz) can diced jalapeños, drained

– 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

– 1 cup sour cream

– 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

– 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

– 1/4 cup butter, melted

– 1/2 cup crushed crackers or breadcrumbs

– Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1. 1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. 2. In a large bowl, combine the frozen corn, diced jalapeños, cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, and Monterey Jack cheese. Mix well until fully incorporated.
