Ingredients
– 4 slices Irish soda bread or white bread
– 4 slices Irish cheddar cheese
– 2 tablespoons Irish butter, softened
Instructions
1. Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.
2. Lightly butter one side of each bread slice.
3. Place two bread slices, butter-side down, in the preheated skillet.
4. Top each slice with two slices of Irish cheddar cheese.
5. Place the remaining two bread slices, butter-side up, on top of the cheese.
6. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until the bread is golden-brown and the cheese is melted.
7. Remove from heat and serve warm.
