Ingredients

– 1 cup rolled oats

– 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

– 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

– 1 tablespoon honey

– 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

– 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

– 2 tablespoons sliced almonds

– 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint leaves

Instructions

1. In a medium bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond milk, yogurt, honey, cinnamon, cardamom, and ginger. Stir well to combine.

2. Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours.

3. When ready to serve, transfer the overnight oats to individual bowls or jars. Top with sliced almonds and fresh mint leaves.

Notes
