Ingredients
– 1 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
– 1/2 cup soy sauce
– 1/2 cup brown sugar
– 1/4 cup pineapple juice

– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon grated ginger
– 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
– Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish
Instructions
1. – In a large resealable bag or bowl, combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, pineapple juice, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes (if using). Add the chicken and toss to coat. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 8 hours in the refrigerator.

3. – Grill chicken for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
4. – Transfer chicken to a cutting board and let rest for 5 minutes. Slice or shred the chicken.
5. – Serve the Huli Huli Chicken warm, garnished with sesame seeds and green onions. Enjoy!
Notes
– For a more caramelized glaze, brush the chicken with the reserved marinade during the last 2-3 minutes of cooking.
– Huli Huli Chicken is delicious served over rice, in lettuce wraps, or with a fresh salad.
– Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
