Ingredients
– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– 1/4 cup honey
– 2 tablespoons hot sauce (such as Sriracha)
– 1 teaspoon dried thyme
– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
– 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, hot sauce, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and brush the honey mixture evenly over the top of the chicken.
4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
