Description

Tender chicken breasts coated in a sweet and spicy honey glaze, topped with tangy crumbled feta cheese for a delicious and easy weeknight meal.


Ingredients

– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

– 1/4 cup honey

– 2 tablespoons hot sauce

– 1 teaspoon garlic powder

– 1/2 teaspoon salt

– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

– 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

– 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley


Instructions

1. 1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

2. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, hot sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

3. 3. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the honey mixture over the top, making sure to coat the chicken evenly.

4. 4. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

5. 5. Remove the chicken from the oven and sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese and chopped parsley on top.

6. 6. Serve immediately.

Notes

For extra heat, increase the amount of hot sauce used. The honey glaze can also be used on other protein sources, such as pork or shrimp.
