Ingredients
– 1 large honeydew melon, cubed
– 8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese, cubed
– 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
– 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
– 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
– 1/4 tsp sea salt
– 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. – In a large bowl, gently toss together the cubed honeydew, mozzarella, and chopped basil.
