Ingredients
– 3 tablespoons unflavored gelatin powder
– 1 cup fruit juice (such as apple, grape, or berry)
– 1/2 cup granulated sugar
Instructions
1. In a small saucepan, sprinkle the gelatin over the fruit juice and let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom.
2. Place the saucepan over medium heat and whisk constantly until the gelatin has fully dissolved, about 2-3 minutes.
3. Remove from heat and stir in the sugar until completely dissolved.
4. Lightly grease a silicone gummy bear mold and carefully pour the gummy bear mixture into the molds.
5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the gummy bears are firm.
6. Pop the gummy bears out of the molds and enjoy!
