Ingredients
– 12 ounces dark chocolate, chopped
– 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
– 1 teaspoon peppermint extract

Instructions
1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a medium saucepan, melt the chopped dark chocolate and almond milk over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth and combined.
3. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the peppermint extract and salt until well incorporated.
