Ingredients
– 4 cups diced celery (about 8-10 stalks)
– 2 medium apples, cored and chopped
– 1/2 cup toasted walnuts, roughly chopped
– 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
– 2 tablespoons honey
– 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

Instructions
