Ingredients
– 12 brioche slider buns, split in half
– 12 slices deli-style ham
– 12 slices Swiss cheese
– 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
– 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
– 1 tablespoon brown sugar
– 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, Dijon mustard, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and dried oregano.
3. Place the bottom halves of the brioche buns on the prepared baking sheet. Top each bottom bun with a slice of ham and a slice of Swiss cheese.
4. Brush the top halves of the buns with the butter mixture.
5. Place the top buns on the cheese-topped bottom buns to form the sliders.
6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
7. Serve the warm ham sliders immediately, with any desired condiments or sides.
