Ingredients
– 1 lb ground turkey
– 3 medium potatoes, diced
– 1 onion, diced
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tsp paprika
– 1 tsp dried thyme
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1/4 tsp black pepper
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
