Description

Indulge in the perfect balance of sweet, creamy, and savory with this irresistible Grilled Peaches with Burrata and Prosciutto appetizer. Juicy, charred peach halves are topped with rich, creamy burrata cheese and salty, crispy prosciutto, drizzled with a tangy balsamic glaze and fresh basil for a truly exceptional summer treat.

Ingredients

– 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted

– 8 ounces burrata cheese

– 8 slices prosciutto

– 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze

– 10 fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced

Instructions

1. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

2. Brush the cut side of the peach halves with a little olive oil.

3. Place the peach halves, cut-side down, on the preheated grill. Grill for 2-3 minutes until charred and slightly softened.

4. Carefully remove the grilled peach halves from the grill and place them on a serving platter.

5. Top each peach half with a portion of burrata cheese, followed by a slice of prosciutto.

6. Drizzle the grilled peaches with the balsamic glaze and garnish with the thinly sliced fresh basil leaves.

7. Serve immediately while the peaches are still warm.

Notes

For a spicy twist, try adding a sprinkle of crushed red pepper flakes on top. The grilled peaches can also be served at room temperature, making this a versatile appetizer.
