– 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 1 lemon, cut into wedges
– 8 wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Instructions
1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a large bowl, toss the shrimp with the Cajun seasoning and olive oil until evenly coated.
3. Thread the seasoned shrimp onto the soaked wooden skewers, making sure to leave a little space between each shrimp.
4. Grill the shrimp skewers for 2-3 minutes per side, or until the shrimp are opaque and slightly charred.
5. Serve the grilled Cajun shrimp skewers immediately, with lemon wedges on the side for squeezing over the top.
Notes
For best results, use the largest shrimp you can find. The bigger the shrimp, the more juicy and flavorful they’ll be. You can also adjust the amount of Cajun seasoning to suit your spice preference.
