Ingredients
– 2 cans (10.5 oz each) cream of mushroom soup
– 1/2 cup milk
– 1 tablespoon soy sauce
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
– 4 cups fresh green beans, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
– 1 1/3 cups crispy fried onions
Instructions
1. – Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. – In a large bowl, mix together the cream of mushroom soup, milk, soy sauce, and black pepper until well combined.
3. – Add the green beans and 2/3 cup of the crispy fried onions, then stir to coat.
4. – Transfer the mixture to a 9×13-inch baking dish.
5. – Bake for 25 minutes.
6. – Remove from oven and top with the remaining 2/3 cup of crispy fried onions.
7. – Bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the onions are golden brown.
