Description

Creamy, tangy, and packed with flavor, this Green Goddess Chicken Salad Dip is the perfect crowd-pleasing appetizer. It’s quick and easy to make, coming together in just 5 minutes, and is ideal for serving with crackers, bread, or fresh veggies.


Ingredients

– 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken

– 1 cup mayonnaise

– 1/2 cup sour cream

– 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

– 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives

– 2 tablespoons chopped fresh tarragon

– 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice

– 1 teaspoon garlic powder

– 1/2 teaspoon salt

– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mayonnaise, sour cream, parsley, chives, tarragon, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

2. Mix everything together until well combined.

3. Serve the Green Goddess Chicken Salad Dip immediately with crackers, bread, or fresh vegetables for dipping.

Notes

For a thicker dip, add an extra 1/4 cup of sour cream. You can also customize the herbs to your liking, using a combination of fresh basil, dill, and/or cilantro. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
