Ingredients
– 2 cups raw sesame seeds
– 1 cup honey

Instructions
1. In a large skillet or pan, toast the sesame seeds over medium heat, stirring frequently, until they are lightly golden and fragrant, about 5-7 minutes.
2. Remove the toasted sesame seeds from the heat and transfer them to a large bowl.
3. In a small saucepan, heat the honey over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until it becomes runny and easy to drizzle, about 2-3 minutes.
4. Drizzle the warm honey over the toasted sesame seeds and gently stir to coat the seeds evenly.
5. If desired, sprinkle the ground cinnamon over the honey-coated sesame seeds and stir to incorporate.
6. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat. Using a spoon or your hands, scoop and shape the honey-coated sesame seed mixture into small, bite-sized pieces and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
