– 1 cup (240ml) warm water

– 2 tablespoons (30ml) olive oil, plus more for brushing

– 3 cloves garlic, minced

– 2 tablespoons (10g) fresh rosemary, chopped


Instructions

1. 1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, yeast, and salt. Add the warm water and olive oil, and mix until a shaggy dough forms.

2. 2. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.

3. 3. Lightly grease a muffin tin with olive oil. Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces and place each piece into a muffin cup.
