Ingredients

– 12 mini bell peppers, halved and seeded

– 4 oz. soft goat cheese

– 1 clove garlic, minced

– 1/4 tsp. salt

– 1/8 tsp. black pepper


Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
