– 12 Medjool dates, pitted
– 3 oz goat cheese, softened
– 2 tbsp chopped toasted pecans
– 1 tbsp honey
Instructions
1. – Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. – Slice dates lengthwise and remove pits.
3. – In a small bowl, mix together goat cheese and pecans.
4. – Stuff each date half with about 1 tsp of the goat cheese mixture.
5. – Arrange stuffed dates on a baking sheet. Drizzle with honey.
6. – Bake for 5-7 minutes until warmed through.
7. – Serve immediately.
Notes
