Ingredients
– 1 pound pizza dough, homemade or store-bought
– 1 cup white pizza sauce
– 2 pears, thinly sliced
– 1/4 cup hot honey
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
2. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a 12-inch circle.
3. Transfer the dough to a baking sheet or pizza pan.
4. Spread the white pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border.
5. Arrange the sliced pears in a single layer over the sauce.
6. Drizzle the hot honey over the pears.
7. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Brush this mixture over the crust.
