Ingredients
– 1 pound ground beef
– 1 packet taco seasoning
– 1 can (8 oz) crescent roll dough
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. 2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned and crumbled. Drain any excess fat.
3. 3. Stir in the taco seasoning and follow the package instructions to prepare the taco filling.
4. 4. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
5. 5. Grease a mini muffin tin and press each dough triangle into the wells, creating a little crust shell.
6. 6. Spoon a tablespoon of the taco filling into each dough cup.
7. 7. Top the filling with a sprinkle of shredded cheddar cheese.
8. 8. Using a small knife or cookie cutter, cut ghost shapes out of the remaining dough scraps.
